What do we do?
Our primary focus is training and coaching for performance development in customer facing businesses (whether telephone based or face-to-face). Our specialty is developing call centre teams and credit control staff.
We go beyond common training practises and customise the programmes to suit your business environment and needs. Our programmes involve intensive and active participation from all levels and require a level of committment not usually found on some other commercial courses. We are results focussed and aim to provide answers that are readily applicable to live situations. We are here to take the guess work away. Contact us to discuss your needs.
What else do we do?
Currently, all our training is conducted for private organisations and we don't hold any public training seminars. However, we also develop some of these topics into books (print and ebooks), training manuals, smartphone apps and open learning courses .
